the people we serve. Houben House Family Hub provides temporary
emergency accommodation for **Apply on the website** families. Houben
House is a continuously developing service and will reach its maximum
capacity in **Apply on the website** when accommodation will be
provided for **Apply on the website** families.
To help us do this, we have a team of exceptional support staff. There
is now an opportunity to be a part of this inspiring team; Houben
House is recruiting for three permanent Support Workers.
As a motivated Support Worker you will be responsible for assisting
with delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes
client choice and control. You will address clients? support needs,
enable them to make positive life choices and ultimately empower them
to lead more sustainable and independent lifestyles. You will also
complete day to day activities including administration tasks and
reception duties to support the successful operation of the Hub.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE(S) WILL BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:
* Proven experience of working with homeless/vulnerable adults
* Experience in the provision of person-centred housing support
programmes
* Ability to self-manage own case load
* Excellent communication skills
* Values of integrity and accountability within working practice
SALARY: ?**Apply on the website**.**Apply on the website** per hour
plus premiums for hours worked after 7pm, Sundays & Bank Holidays.
